Delivery and Returns
We pack and wrap all your gifts by hand in our studio. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched, followed by the specified delivery times below.
Please order in advance for any specific dates as we can add a “Please don't open until...” gift tag to your gift box in case your parcel does arrive early.
We take care to make sure our gifts are packaged carefully, gift boxes and curated gift boxes are packed with recycled paper shred, and packed in an outer carton to keep them safe.
- Our range of letterbox gifts are letterbox sized so no need to worry about the recipient being home or missing the delivery. Your chosen letterbox gift will be waiting on the doormat for them.
- These gift boxes include free Standard UK delivery - Royal Mail 2nd Class postage - 2-5 Business days for delivery
- If you require faster delivery within the UK you can upgrade to Express - Royal Mail 1st Class postage for £2.95 - 1-3 Business days for delivery. There is an option for this at the checkout page.
- Both these postal services provide proof of postage upon request but are not tracked.
Curated Gift Boxes and Build Your Own Gift
- At checkout you have three options to select from. All parcels are sent via Royal mail and online delivery confirmation is available.
Please note parcels will require a signature on delivery. However due to COVID-19, this doesn't apply at the moment and Royal Mail will sign receipt on behalf of the recipient. Tracking information will be provided for your order, however tracking is not real time, live tracking. Your parcel is tracked on arrival only.
- Standard UK postage - Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class - £3.50 - 2-5 Business days for delivery. (see information above for current covid related delays in addition to Royal Mail's usual postal leadtime)
- Express UK postage - Royal Mail signed for 1st Class - £5.95 - 1-3 Business days for delivery.

- Due to the nature of our service and products, we only accept returns if the parcel or items are damaged/defective.
Your items are carefully packaged to avoid any potential damage in transit, however if for some reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss the issue and we will do our best to make it right.
- Items which arrived damaged can be returned/exchanged within 10 days of receipt of the items. Items should be packed carefully and in their original condition. Upon receiving back the items, we will issue a refund or exchange.
