Whilst we can’t always guarantee specific delivery dates for gifts, we can add a tag to the gift which says ‘PLEASE DON'T OPEN UNTIL….’. You can specify this date at the checkout notes if you need to.
Every order contains a complimentary card which can have your own personal message added. Just add your message in the 'Gift Card message' section provided. If you are not adding a message gift card, just leave this box blank.
Please submit separate orders for multiple gift boxes and/or addresses.
- On Gift Boxes and Build your own boxes our standard UK delivery is made via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for (Tracked on arrival) and this costs £3.95.
You can upgrade to 1st class postage for £6.75, select this option at checkout.
- On our Letterbox Gifts include Free Royal Mail standard (2nd class) UK delivery.
You can upgrade to 1st Class postage for £1.50. Select this option at the checkout.
We pack and wrap all your gifts by hand in our studio.
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours, followed by the specified delivery option times selected by you for your gift.

no, we wouldn't want to ruin any surprises! Your receipt will be sent only to you via the email address provided.
Every Markham & Co. order will arrive with the recipient beautifully wrapped.
- Our Gift boxes will arrive in our signature Markham & Co magnetic close gift box with our gold foil logo. your chosen items will be safely padded with paper shred and topped with your choice of card and envelope. Finally the box is completed with black satin bow.
- Our Letterbox Gifts will arrive in a post box sized, recycled cardboard box. Inside the gifts are enclosed in recycled tissue paper and topped again, with your choice of card and envelope. The box is sealed with our 'I'm so happy to see you' branded sticker so that the recipient knows they are about to open something special!
Due to the nature of our service and products, we only accept returns if the parcel or items are damaged/defective. Your items are carefully packaged to avoid this, however if for some reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, please contact us at hello@markhamandco.co.uk to discuss the issue and we will do our best to make it right for you.
Items which arrive damaged can be returned/exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Items should be packed carefully and in their original condition. Upon receiving the items, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Yes, This is one of the reasons we started Markham & Co to make gifting easy - particularly in a global pandemic! Just add the recipients name and address into the delivery section at checkout.
Alternatively, if you are having the gift sent to yourself so you can give directly, we can give the gift card blank for your own message, just add a note to let us know on the cart page.
